Training Recommendation Form
Guidelines
  1. The format for training form is available on IET's Intranet http://intranet.ietlucknow.ac.in/forms
  2. The student has to submit two copies of the form.
  3. All the fields in the form must be complete and correct.
  4. Incomplete form will be rejected and the student will have to submit a new fresh copy of the form.
  5. The form must be signed by the student applying.
  6. The student can collect the recommendation form after at least two working days.
